In this episode, I’ll be reviewing the book “Good to Great ” by Jim Collins. This book talks about big companies which were good and became great. There was a team of researchers which started researching mediocre and good companies and they started seeing what these companies did to become great. What they have done to outperform expectations and become great, world class and the best companies in their area of industry. The researchers found that all great companies have specific things that they are doing. This was not a matter of luck. It was the matter of people and principles which they were following. I think this book is a wonderful read and I will share with you 6 nuggets from it that served me the most.
